I’m Estelle Walters — an entrepreneur, beauty founder, and storyteller passionate about creating, inspiring, and building meaningful brands. My journey began in 2013 while studying at Tianjin University in China, where my love for makeup grew from doing my friends’ makeup into launching my first business, Estars Cosmetics.

What started as a small passion project in my dorm room evolved into a successful beauty brand, allowing me to build a loyal community, launch premium beauty products, and gain valuable experience in the beauty industry. Over time, Estars evolved into Bilas Beauty, a brand inspired by my roots, my experiences, and my passion for celebrating beauty in all forms.

Beyond beauty products, my vision expanded into creating opportunities and spaces where people could feel confident and empowered. In 2019, I opened Bilas Studio in Papua New Guinea, with the goal of not only providing beauty services but also creating employment opportunities for my people.

Through entrepreneurship, travel, and storytelling, I continue to explore new ideas, share my experiences, and build a legacy centred around passion, purpose, and impact. This website is a reflection of my journey, the businesses I’ve built, the places I’ve explored, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
